Job Title: Senior Member Technical Staff/ Principal Member Technical Staff- UI design/HCI group

Location: Bangalore

Division: Server Technologies (Product development division)

Years of work exp: 5+ to 10 years

Skills and exp desired:
1. Design and development aesthetically pleasing enterprise softwareproducts
2. Design for ease of use and best possible look and feel of the product
3. Work with lead UI designer, product management and development indeveloping products that meet performance, scalability, and reliabilitygoals.
6. Identify requirements; develop user models, design and prototype UIfor interaction.
7. Develop and maintain UI specifications and guidelines, communicatingwith development team.
8. Participate in all aspects of product design, including: gatheringand communicating design data
9. Work with remote teams across geographies
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills

Hands-on experience with technologies such as HTML, DHTML, XHTML,W3C-DOM, JavaScript, Style sheets – CSS, CSSP, CSS inheritance buildingAjax / Web 2.0 web based applications, expertise in dynamic HTML /JavaScript is desired

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction,Information Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design orrelated HCI discipline is preferred
